Position Summary
Introduction
To provide overall strategic, operational, financial, regulatory, and people leadership for PEO Finance by ensuring sustainable business growth, regulatory compliance, sound risk management, portfolio quality, operational effectiveness, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric and performance-driven culture.

Key Accountabilities
1. Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the PEO Finance strategic plan.
- Drive loan book growth and customer acquisition.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships.

2. Financial Management & Profitability
- Drive profitability and financial sustainability.
- Monitor income, expenses and operational efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage liquidity and capital requirements.

3. Credit & Portfolio Management
- Ensure sound lending practices and portfolio quality.
- Monitor NPLs, arrears and collections performance.

Minimum requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Finance
- Banking
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Related field
Preferred
- Master's Degree (MBA, Finance, Economics, Business Leadership or equivalent).
- Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent).
Experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience in:
- Banking
- Microfinance
- Financial Services
Including:
- 5 years in senior management.
- Credit and lending experience.
- Regulatory and governance exposure.
- Business leadership experience.
